 Recruitment  of  Contractual  Staff  in  ICMR  funded  extramural  project

Applications  are  invited  for  the  recruitment  of  contractual  staff  under  a 3 year ICMR-funded extramural research project, titled “Efficacy of 6-month Holistic Ayurveda Intervention on Sarcopenia Related Clinical and Biochemical Outcomes among Elderly: A Multicentric Randomised Controlled Trial” The appointments are purely on a contractual basis. Interested and eligible candidates are invited to apply for the following positions:

●   Project Research Scientist – II (Medical) (01 Post)

●   Project Research Scientist – I (Non-Medical) (01 Post)

●   Senior Technical Assistant (Technical Support – III) (01 Post)

●   Senior Health Educator (Technical Support – III) (03 Posts)

●   Ayurveda Therapist (Technical support-II) (02 Post)

Vacancy  Details: 

Terms  And  Conditions: 

1. Mode of Recruitment: Selection will be based on a written examination, interview, or both, as determined by the Recruitment Committee.

2. Joining Timeline: The selected candidate must join within five working days from the date of the declaration of results.

3. Nature of Employment:  This position is purely contractual and does not constitute permanent employment with AIIMS Rishikesh.

4. Contract Duration: The contract will be valid for a period of one (1) year or until the completion of the project, whichever is earlier, and will be renewed annually based on performance.

5. Regular Post Claims: No claim for appointment to any regular post at AIIMS Rishikesh will be entertained based on this contractual engagement.

6. Performance Evaluation: Employee performance will be assessed as per the applicable Performance

Indicators.

7. Application Submission: Candidates must submit a duly filled application form. Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will not be considered.

8. Travel Allowance: No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.

9. Relevant Experience: Work experience will be considered only if acquired after obtaining the minimum essential qualification.

10. Relaxation Clause: Qualifications, experience, and other terms and conditions may be relaxed or modified at the discretion of the Director, AIIMS Rishikesh, or the Recruitment Committee.

11. Remuneration: Only the consolidated salary will be admissible. No additional allowances or facilities will be provided.

12. Final Authority: The decision of the Recruitment Committee will be final and binding.

13. Disqualification: Submission of false or misleading information at any stage of the selection process will result in disqualification of the candidate.

14. Termination Clause: The appointment may be terminated at any time without prior notice or compensation if the performance of the appointee is found unsatisfactory by the Principal Investigator or Nodal Officer.

15. Voluntary Resignation: The appointee may resign by serving a one-month prior notice. If the notice period is less than one month, the candidate must deposit an amount equivalent to one month’s salary to obtain the relieving certificate.
